I just wanted to tell you how excellent the two canes I have purchased from Canes Canada are.  You have good eyes to have spotted the flaw in the triple twist - it took me a while to do so.  You are right, noone else has noticed it and there have been many people handling it and remarking about it.
The field and stream colortone is just superb - so nice in fact you will notice I have ordered another one - to give to a friend so he too will walk with style.

I wanted to let you know that my new cane got here today. 3/31. You were exactly right, since I wanted two colors (one for my right hand and one for the left) red wouldn't have worked at all, so the blue is beautiful. Would it be ok if I give your address to my therapist here?

I just had to write and thank you so much for your amazing fast service and beautiful product! I ordered and received in lightening speed a cane for my father for Christmas. Hi Llano, Just thought that I'd let you know that my Cane arrived today. I was really excited to open the box (I think the kittens will enjoy the box as much as I will the cane) All I can say on opening the box is wow!!!!! Now that's a cane, it is one solid piece of kit, I'm really impressed and I can't wait to get it cut down and take it for a stroll.

You are absolutely my new best friend! I told my boss that great customer service is alive and well and living in Canada!
The box was on my porch when I arrived home last night. The cane is beautiful, and the clip is a very handy device. My Dad is always fumbling for the cane when he gets up, and this will allow him to keep it handy.
I can't tell you how much I appreciate your kindness in assuring me that the cane would be here on time. My Dad has a regular hook cane, and there is gray tape around the top. My kids told me that it was there because when he stands up, his hand slips down the cane; hence, my idea to get him the cane with the piece that sticks out (I don't know the technical term).
Llano, thanks again for your terrific service. My kids and I, and hopefully my Dad, appreciate your style of business.

Thank you so much for the personal attention paid to my order. I don't expect you to remember, but I certainly remember the call when you informed me that my replacement cane would probably not be here by Christmas. To my delight I received the left hand cane on Friday and returned the right-hand cane this morning marked "return of goods" as instructed.
